Website visitor identification

Know who visits your site, and reach the ones who fit.

Most B2B visitors leave without filling in a form. We identify the companies, and where possible the people, filter them to your ICP and reach them on LinkedIn and email. Part of the Meetings plan.

What website visitor identification is

A tracking script matches visits to companies, and in some cases to people, using IP and identity data. The result is a list of who looked at your pricing page this week, not just a traffic count.

On its own that list is just data. It becomes useful when someone acts on it quickly and well, which is the part we run.

How it works with Senecia

  1. 01

    Install the script

One snippet on your site at onboarding.

  2. 02

    Identify

AI matches visits to companies and, where possible, people.

  3. 03

    Filter to your ICP

Only buyers who match your roles, sizes and industries stay on the list.

  4. 04

    Reach out

A short note from your leader on LinkedIn and by email. Our team reviews it before it goes.

  5. 05

    We handle replies

We reply, and book meetings in your calendar. Every touch shows in your dashboard.

What it can and can’t do

  • Person-level identification works mainly for US visitors.
  • Company-level identification covers more visitors, worldwide, but still not all of them.
  • Many visitors, such as those on mobile networks, VPNs or home connections, cannot be identified.
  • A visit is a signal, not intent to buy. We treat it as a reason to say hello, never as a lead count.

Honest limits.

One signal among several

A site visit is one of the signals that decide who on your ICP buyer list goes first. The others are profile views, engagement with competitors’ posts, job changes, funding and hiring.

Visitors who already saw your leaders’ LinkedIn posts tend to recognise the name when the note arrives. That is the point of running every channel on one list.

Questions buyers ask

Can you identify every website visitor?

No. Many visitors cannot be identified at all. Company-level identification works more often. Person-level identification works mainly for visitors in the US.

Is person-level identification available outside the US?

Mostly no. Outside the US we usually work at company level and then find the right buyer at that company for outreach.

Which plan includes it?

Meetings, at $999 a month, alongside 20 posts, complete LinkedIn outreach and cold email to about 1,000 ICP buyers a month.

Do you contact every visitor?

No. Only visitors who match your ICP. Students, job seekers, vendors and competitors are filtered out.

What does the message say?

A short, relevant note from your leader on LinkedIn or by email. Our team reviews outreach before it goes and handles every reply.

What do I need to install?

A small tracking script on your site. We send it at onboarding.

Do you promise meetings from visitors?

No. You see every identified visitor and every touch in your dashboard. We do not promise a number of replies or meetings.
