Senecia FAQ
Leads, authority, AI and safety.
Something missing? Ask us and we will answer within one business day.
Getting started
No. Posts are one of four channels. We write your leaders’ posts to build authority, and on Pipeline and Meetings we reach every ICP buyer on your list through LinkedIn outreach, cold email and your own site visitors. Posts build authority; outreach turns it into leads.
A ghostwriter charges for posts alone, usually $1,200 to $5,000 a month. Here, $249 to $999 a month covers posts and, on Pipeline and Meetings, outreach to your ICP buyers on LinkedIn and email, run for you. Teams are priced per team.
Your LinkedIn profile link. Add your company site if you like. We study your profile, past posts and company ourselves. You send us voice notes, so posts come straight from your thinking. No interview calls. Then you give us access to your LinkedIn once, so we can run everything for you.
Yes, once, at onboarding, so we can run everything for you. It is used only for your Senecia work and ends when you cancel or change your password. You see every post, request, comment and DM in your dashboard.
A score out of 100 for your headline, About section and featured section, your three weakest spots, and a rewritten headline. It is free, takes no card, and comes back within 48 hours.
Presence is 10 posts a month, Pipeline 15 and Meetings 20. Never more than one a day, in different formats: text posts, carousels and polls. We publish each one for you at the best time, once you approve it.
Your first three drafts land within 48 hours of sign up. Posting starts as soon as you approve them.
B2B companies of roughly 2 to 200 people whose founder and leaders are the voice of the company. The company owns the result: the buyer list, the conversations and the meetings. It suits teams who sell to other businesses and want leads and a known name, without hiring an SDR or an agency.
AI tools give you a writing assistant. You still write, post and network yourself, usually a few hours a week. We do the work: posts in your voice from your voice notes, plus comments, connection requests and DMs to your ICP buyers, for a few minutes a week of approving posts.
Leads, outreach and AI
The list of people who could buy from you: roles, company sizes, industries and regions, set with your strategist. AI finds and enriches the people who match, and our team checks the list. Every post is written for them, and every comment, request, DM and email goes only to them, never to random people.
Signals decide who goes first, not who gets reached: the whole list is covered. We look at visits to your website, views of your leaders’ profiles, engagement with competitors’ and industry posts, job changes, funding and hiring. A buyer showing a signal moves up the queue.
On Meetings, we email about 1,000 ICP buyers a month, 5 emails each, from inboxes on separate sending domains so your main domain is protected. AI drafts each sequence from your messaging, our team reviews it before it goes, and every email and reply shows in your dashboard.
On Meetings, a small script on your site identifies visiting companies and, where possible, the people. We filter them to your ICP and reach them on LinkedIn and email. Person-level identification works mainly for US visitors, and many visitors cannot be identified at all, so treat it as one more signal. How visitor identification works.
Our team. AI sorts replies as they come in, and a person answers every one in your voice. On Meetings we book the meeting straight into your calendar. On Pipeline we reply and hand warm conversations to you. You see every reply in your dashboard.
AI does the volume work: drafting posts and messages, finding and enriching buyers, reading signals, sending and sorting replies. People do the judgment: a strategist sets your positioning, ICP and messaging, you approve every post, and our team reviews outreach before it goes and handles every reply and meeting. More on AI-led lead generation.
No. We build the buyer list and run the outreach without asking you to buy either.
Writing and your voice
That is the job. We build voice notes from how you already write and talk, you see every draft, and every edit you make sharpens the next one. Before a draft reaches you, we check it against your voice notes and for generic, AI-sounding phrasing.
AI drafts from your voice notes and past posts. A person on our team edits and checks every draft against your voice before it reaches you, and you approve every post before it goes out.
Not from us. We never name you, show your posts or list you as a client unless you ask us to. Your posts go out under your name only.
Yes. Tell us anytime and we will work it into your calendar.
We ask one short question in your dashboard. Answer in a line, or skip it and we write from what we know.
Approvals
Through your private dashboard link. One tap to approve, or ask for changes in a sentence.
Two revisions per post. New drafts come back within 24 hours.
No. Nothing goes live until you approve it, then we publish it for you. We suggest the best time for your audience.
Networking and safety
The audience you want, by role, company size, industry and region. You can change it anytime.
We send connection requests for you in small daily batches, only to people who match your audience, so your account stays safe. No pods, no bought followers, no DM blasts.
On Pipeline and Meetings, yes, but only ICP buyers on the list we build with you: connection requests, DMs (including voice-note DMs after they accept) and comments. Never random people, never blasts, and you see every message in your dashboard.
Plans and billing
Presence $249, Pipeline $499 and Meetings $999 a month per account, billed monthly in USD. Cancel anytime, no minimum. Teams are priced per team.
Yes, anytime. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for and you keep everything we wrote.
A LinkedIn ghostwriting agency usually charges $2,000 to $7,000 a month for posts alone. Senecia Presence is $249 a month for 10 posts plus profile and positioning, and Pipeline at $499 adds complete LinkedIn outreach to your ICP buyers.
Your posts start reaching the people you target in the first month, as connection requests are accepted on Pipeline and Meetings. Being recognised by buyers takes longer, usually months rather than weeks. Your dashboard shows every post, comment, invite, DM and email as it happens. We do not promise a number of replies or meetings.
Yes, with a different goal. LinkedIn rarely sells a consumer product directly. For consumer founders it brings investors, retail and distribution partners, and senior hires, and we build your posts and network for that.
Yes, that is what we are. Taplio is software you run yourself. We write and publish your posts and send your comments and connection requests, so you only approve, from $249 a month. See our Senecia vs Taplio page for a side-by-side.
Senecia is service as software. AI does the volume work: drafting posts, finding and enriching ICP buyers, reading signals, sending outreach and sorting replies. People do the planning and stay in the loop: a strategist sets your positioning, ICP and messaging, you approve every post, and our team reviews outreach and handles every reply and meeting. An agency pays people to do the volume work by hand, so it charges more.
Because nobody controls who reads or replies, and a guarantee pushes a provider toward volume that can hurt your account and your name. Some agencies promise a number of meetings or your money back; we deliberately don’t. What we commit to is the work in your plan, every month, all of it visible in your dashboard. If we miss your plan’s allowance in a month, we credit the difference to the next one.

Your leaders’ posts, LinkedIn outreach, cold email and your site visitors, all aimed at one list of your ICP buyers. Every post approved by you, every touch in your dashboard. No setup fee, no minimum term.
Revenue as clients report it. Not a promised result.
