Teams and enterprise

LinkedIn thought leadership and lead generation for your leadership team.

Your CEO, founders and senior leaders each sound like themselves, and together they tell one story. Posts build authority; Pipeline and Meetings add LinkedIn outreach, cold email and site visitor follow-up across every leader's account, all to one ICP buyer list.

Why a team beats one voice

B2B buyers rarely buy from one person. They check the founder, then the person who will run their account, then the technical lead. When several of your leaders show up with a clear point of view, the company looks like a team worth hiring, not a single personality.

We have done this for enterprise leadership teams, including at publicly listed companies, and for founder-led firms adding their first partners. Across our clients that is 50+ founders and executives.

How several leaders are coordinated

One calendar, one approval flow, one named lead.

One calendar

Your named lead plans every leader's posts on one team calendar, so no two leaders post the same idea in the same week, and launches and announcements land from several voices in the right order.

One approval flow

Each leader approves their own posts. Add a communications or legal reviewer before anything goes live. Approvals take minutes, not meetings.

A named lead

One person on our side who knows your company, runs the calendar, and answers within a business day.

A voice per leader

Each person gets their own voice notes and topics. The CEO sounds like the CEO, the head of sales sounds like the head of sales, and nobody sounds like a press release.

Posts and outreach across several accounts

Several leaders, one ICP buyer list.

One buyer list

The strategist builds one ICP buyer list for the company. Every leader's outreach draws from it, so the team covers the market without overlap.

One owner per buyer

Each buyer is assigned to one leader for comments, connection requests and DMs, matched by role: the CTO for technical buyers, the CEO for founders and executives.

Posts that warm the list

While one leader reaches a buyer directly, the others' posts keep the company in that buyer's feed. Authority from several voices, outreach from one.

Signals decide who goes first

Site visits, profile views, engagement with competitors' posts, job changes, funding and hiring move a buyer up the list, whichever leader they touched.

Replies handled for you

Our outreach team handles every reply across every account and, on Meetings, books the meeting with the right leader.

One dashboard

Every post, every buyer touched, the signal that moved each buyer up and every meeting booked, for every leader, plus a monthly summary for the team.

A typical month for a team

  1. 01

    Week 1: set the story

The strategist agrees the company's positioning and each leader's topics with you, and builds the ICP buyer list.

  2. 02

    Every week: plan and approve

The named lead fills the team calendar. AI drafts each leader's posts, writers edit them, and each leader (plus any reviewer) approves.

  3. 03

    Every weekday: reach buyers

On Pipeline and Meetings, outreach goes out from each leader's account in small daily batches to the buyers assigned to them.

  4. 04

    Month end: one summary

The dashboard rolls every leader's posts, buyers touched and meetings booked into one monthly summary for the team.

Teams: questions

How is a leadership team priced?

Per account, per month, on the published plans: Presence $249, Pipeline $499 or Meetings $999. Each leader's LinkedIn account is on the plan that fits their role, and you can mix plans across the team. Month to month, no setup fee, no minimum term.

Will several leaders message the same buyer?

No. The team works one ICP buyer list, and each buyer is assigned to one leader for outreach, usually the one whose role fits the buyer best. Other leaders can still be seen by that buyer through their posts.

Can our communications or legal team review posts?

Yes. Add a reviewer to the approval step for any leader. Nothing goes live until both the leader and the reviewer approve it.

Do you work with publicly listed companies?

Yes. We have run LinkedIn for enterprise leadership teams, including at publicly listed companies, with the approval steps those companies need.

Who is our point of contact?

A named lead on our side who knows your company, runs the team calendar and answers within a business day.

Do you guarantee results for the team?

No. We commit to the work for each leader: posts, outreach to the buyer list, reply handling and reporting. We never promise a number of leads, replies or meetings.
