About Senecia

We ran LinkedIn by hand for 50+ leaders. Then we built it into a service run like software.

Senecia is AI-led B2B lead generation that builds your authority. We work with B2B companies of about 2 to 200 people. Their founder and leaders are the voice; the company owns the result.

Why Senecia exists

B2B buyers trust leaders, not sales reps. Before they take a meeting, they look up the person behind the company: what they post, what they think, who else follows them. A founder or partner with a clear point of view on LinkedIn gets a hearing that a cold sequence from an unknown rep rarely does.

But posts alone don't make pipeline. We started by writing LinkedIn posts for a handful of founders, then for their leadership teams. The posts built names. The leaders who turned that into revenue were the ones whose posts, outreach and follow-up all worked the same list of buyers.

So we built that: one ICP buyer list, reached through four channels. Leaders' LinkedIn posts build the authority. LinkedIn outreach, cold email and follow-up of the company's own website visitors turn that authority into conversations. Our clients report more than $5M in revenue from their LinkedIn. That is as clients report it, not a promised result.

How the work is done, week by week

Behind the scenes, on every account.

  1. 01

    Monday: plan

Your strategist sets the week's topics from your positioning, your buyers' questions and what is happening in your market. AI refreshes the ICP buyer list and ranks who to reach first by signal: site visits, profile views, engagement with competitors' posts, job changes, funding and hiring.

  2. 02

    Tuesday: draft and approve

AI drafts the week's posts in your voice. A writer edits each one and removes anything that could have come from anyone. You approve, edit or reject them, usually in a few minutes.

  3. 03

    Every weekday: reach buyers

On Pipeline and Meetings, outreach goes out in small daily batches: comments on buyers' posts, connection requests and DMs, and on Meetings, cold email and follow-up of identified website visitors. Our outreach team reviews it before it goes.

  4. 04

    Every day: handle replies

AI sorts replies. Our team answers every one that needs a person, and on Meetings books the meeting into your calendar.

  5. 05

    Month end: report

Your dashboard shows every post, every buyer touched, the signal that moved each buyer up, meetings booked, and a monthly summary of what worked and what changes next month.

Who does what

AI-led, run by people. We describe roles, not a roster.

RoleWhat they do
AIDrafts posts, finds and enriches ICP buyers, reads signals, sends outreach in small daily batches and sorts replies.
StrategistSets your positioning, ICP and messaging, plans topics, and reviews the buyer list behind your outreach.
WritersCheck every draft against your voice notes, and for generic or AI-sounding phrasing, before it reaches you.
Outreach teamReviews outreach before it goes, handles every reply and, on Meetings, books the meeting.
YouApprove every post. Your name, your call.

What we won't do

  • Guarantee a number of leads, replies or meetings. We commit to the work, not to an outcome nobody controls.
  • Send bulk spam. Outreach goes in small daily batches, written for the person receiving it.
  • Message people outside your ICP. Every comment, request, DM and email goes to your ICP buyer list, never random people.
  • Post more than once a day. Three or four strong posts a week beat daily filler, and it keeps your account looking human.
  • Publish anything you have not approved.
  • Lock you in. No setup fee, no minimum term, month to month.

How we keep LinkedIn accounts safe

Your LinkedIn account is the asset, so we treat it that way. Activity stays at human levels: small daily batches of connection requests and messages, never more than one post a day, and no scraping or mass actions from your account.

Outreach only goes to people on your ICP buyer list, which keeps acceptance and reply rates healthy, and our outreach team reviews it before it goes. If LinkedIn changes its limits, we change ours first.

The full approach is on our LinkedIn account safety page.

About Senecia: questions

Is Senecia an agency or a software tool?

Both, in a sense. AI does the volume work that software is good at: drafting, finding and enriching buyers, reading signals, sending in small batches and sorting replies. People run it: a strategist sets the direction, you approve every post, and our team reviews outreach and handles every reply. You pay a published monthly price, like software, and get work done for you, like an agency.

Do you guarantee leads or meetings?

No. We commit to the work: the posts, the outreach to your ICP buyer list, the follow-up and the reporting. Nobody can honestly promise a number of leads, replies or meetings, so we don't. Our clients report more than $5M in revenue from their LinkedIn, as they report it, not as a promised result.

Who writes my posts?

AI produces a first draft from your voice notes, past posts and the topics your strategist sets. A writer then checks it against your voice and cuts anything generic. You approve, edit or reject every post before it goes out. Nothing is published in your name without your approval.

Will my LinkedIn account be safe?

We keep activity at human levels: small daily batches, never more than one post a day, and outreach only to people on your ICP buyer list. Read how we do it on our LinkedIn account safety page.

Who is Senecia for?

B2B companies of roughly 2 to 200 people where the founder or leaders are the voice buyers trust: consultants, professional firms, startups and service businesses. Larger leadership teams, including at publicly listed companies, use our teams setup.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Every plan is month to month with no setup fee and no minimum term.
