What drives the price

  • Who does the work. Named SDRs on phones cost most. AI-led services with people reviewing cost less because AI does the volume.
  • Channels. Posts only, LinkedIn only, or posts plus LinkedIn, email and website visitors.
  • Contract and setup. Setup fees and 3 to 6 month or annual minimums change the real first-year cost.
  • Who handles replies. Some services stop at sending. Others reply and book.

Costs that are easy to miss

Setup fees, minimum terms, annual prepayment for AI tools, data and enrichment subscriptions, sending domains and inboxes for cold email, and your own time. For an SDR hire, add ramp time and a manager’s hours.

Pay-per-lead and pay-per-meeting pricing depends on how a lead is defined. Ask for it in writing.

Cost per conversation, not cost per month

The number to track is cost per real conversation with a buyer. Ask any provider how they report replies and meetings, and judge over a few months. Nobody can promise a fixed number of leads. With Senecia you see every post, request, DM, email and reply in your dashboard, so you can measure it yourself. Compare options on outsourced SDR alternatives and B2B lead generation companies.

What about LinkedIn ads?

A different way to buy leads.

LinkedIn ads are bought by auction, so cost depends on audience, bid and offer. Cleverly’s 2026 cost guide puts paid LinkedIn cost per lead at about $45 to $150 or more, with native Lead Gen Forms around $45 to $95. Ads buy attention while you pay; leaders’ posts and outreach build a reputation that keeps working. Senecia offers Thought Leader Ads as an add-on, which promote your leaders’ own posts, with ad spend at cost.

Leads and authority, through your leaders. From $249 a month.

Your leaders’ posts, LinkedIn outreach, cold email and your site visitors, all aimed at one list of your ICP buyers. AI does the volume, people review it. No setup fee, no minimum term.

Questions about LinkedIn lead generation cost

How much does LinkedIn lead generation cost per month?

About $249 to $999 a month for AI-led services like Senecia, about $397 to $3,000 for LinkedIn outreach agencies (estimated), about $3,000 to $10,000 for outbound agencies with SDR teams, and about $8,000 to $14,000 for an in-house SDR fully loaded.

Is an SDR hire cheaper than an agency?

Rarely. Salary, benefits, tools, data and a manager’s time put a US SDR at about $8,000 to $14,000 a month, and it takes months to ramp. An agency is about $3,000 to $10,000 with a 3 to 6 month minimum.

What do AI SDR tools cost?

11x and Artisan are usually sold on annual contracts, estimated at $18,000 to $45,000 a year. You still need someone to set them up and read replies.

What does Senecia cost?

$249 a month for Presence, $499 for Pipeline and $999 for Meetings, per account, month to month, with no setup fee. Thought Leader Ads is an add-on, with ad spend at cost.

Is pay-per-lead pricing better?

It can look cheaper, but it depends on how a lead is defined. Ask for the definition in writing, and treat guaranteed lead counts with care.
