What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email, billing details, your LinkedIn profile and content, and anything you tell us about your work, voice and audience.
Information from your plan: drafts, approvals and edits, and the posts, comments and connection requests we publish and send for you.
Basic site data: pages visited and device information, collected through standard analytics.
Your LinkedIn account
We ask for access to your LinkedIn account once, at onboarding, to run the service. We work from your public LinkedIn profile, your past posts and what you tell us, and the access you give us at onboarding to run your account.
We use your LinkedIn access only to run your account, and it ends when you cancel or change your password.
Access you give us to your LinkedIn account is used only to run your Senecia work and ends when you cancel or change your password.
How we use information
To write, publish and send your LinkedIn posts, connection requests and comments. To bill you and support you. To improve the service. To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run Senecia, such as payment, hosting, email and AI drafting providers. They may process information only to provide services to us.
We may disclose information if the law requires it.
We never name you, show your posts or list you as a client unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards for billing, legal and support needs. After that we delete it or anonymise it. You keep everything we wrote for you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time. Residents of some US states have additional rights, including under California law, and we honour them.

Security
We limit access to your information to the people who work on your account and use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. For significant changes we will tell customers directly.
