The service
Senecia is a done-for-you LinkedIn service. Depending on your plan, we write and publish posts in your voice, send connection requests and comments for you, and send you reports. We publish approved posts and send connection requests and comments for you. Each plan lists what is included.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew each month until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page. There is no setup fee.
You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month, and you keep everything we wrote. We do not give refunds for part months.
If we miss your plan’s allowance in a month, we credit the difference to the next one.
Your approval
Nothing is published without your approval. You are responsible for the posts you approve, including that they are accurate and that you have the right to share anything they include. Tell us what you cannot say, such as anything restricted by your profession or employer.
Your LinkedIn account
You own your LinkedIn account and are responsible for it and for everything published or sent from it. You give us access to your LinkedIn account to run the service, and you can end it at any time by cancelling or changing your password.
LinkedIn has its own terms, which apply to your account, including its rules against automated activity. We keep connection requests and comments well inside LinkedIn’s limits. We cannot guarantee how LinkedIn will treat any account, and we are not responsible for decisions LinkedIn makes about it.
You can cancel at any time.
Results
We work to grow your visibility and conversations with buyers. We cannot promise specific results, such as a number of followers, impressions, leads or revenue.
Content and ownership
You own the posts we write for you once they are published. You give us permission to use your profile, content and information only to provide the service.
We do not name you, show your posts or list you as a client unless you ask us to.
Acceptable use
Do not ask us to write anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may decline any request that breaks these rules.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell customers before changes that matter take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.
